I recently asked a good friend in France how she was coping with the terrorist activity. She said she found the most relief singing in a choir. In a beautiful space singing beautiful music, she was able to transcend her fears of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
I love singing. Admittedly it makes me incredibly nervous, but it exhilarates me all the same. I'm working on it becoming a larger part of my life, especially in these trying times.
